The credit or debit card used when you join the Monthly Wash Club will be charged monthly on your anniversary date. If you purchase a Monthly Wash Club online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your Club sticker.

You can use your exterior Monthly Wash Club Plan at Lakewood Car Wash.
When you purchase a Monthly Wash Club membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at Lakewood Car Wash, and a team member will affix your Club sticker to your vehicle windshield. *Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Lakewood Car Wash when you pick up your Club sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.
You can discontinue your plan online or visit Lakewood Car Wash and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.
A Monthly Wash Club plan is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit Lakewood Car Wash to get your Club sticker updated.
Yes. When you join the Monthly Wash Club, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.
Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See a team member at Lakewood Car Wash and they can replace it for you.

MONTHLY WASH CLUB MANAGEMENT
Yes, to manage your plan online, you will need the 11-digit number on the Club sticker on your windshield (it will be in the format 12345+123456). If you don’t have access to your Club sticker, please contact us.
In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.
