How do I sign up for Monthly Wash Club?

Visit Lakewood Car Wash or purchase online. Select the wash you want and pay with a credit or debit card.

How do I pay for my Lakewood Monthly Wash Club Plan?

The credit or debit card used when you join the Monthly Wash Club will be charged monthly on your anniversary date. If you purchase a Monthly Wash Club online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your Club sticker.

How often can I wash my vehicle?

As often as you’d like each month!

Where can I use my Monthly Wash Club plan?

You can use your exterior Monthly Wash Club Plan at Lakewood Car Wash.

I want to buy a Monthly Wash Club membership online. How will I get my pass?

When you purchase a Monthly Wash Club membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at Lakewood Car Wash, and a team member will affix your Club sticker to your vehicle windshield. *Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Lakewood Car Wash when you pick up your Club sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.

How do I cancel my Monthly Wash Club membership?

You can discontinue your plan online or visit Lakewood Car Wash and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.

Can my Monthly Wash Club plan be used for more than one vehicle?

A Monthly Wash Club plan is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit Lakewood Car Wash to get your Club sticker updated.

Is a Club sticker required?

Yes. When you join the Monthly Wash Club, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.

How can I replace my Club sticker tag?

Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See a team member at Lakewood Car Wash and they can replace it for you.

What if I get a new credit card?

You can talk with a team member at Lakewood Car Wash or update your card information online now.


Do I need my Monthly Wash Club pass number to cancel my plan or update my card?

Yes, to manage your plan online, you will need the 11-digit number on the Club sticker on your windshield (it will be in the format 12345+123456). If you don’t have access to your Club sticker, please contact us.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?

In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

We would be happy for you to return as a Monthly Wash Club member. Simply visit your local Lakewood Car Wash or re-enroll online now.

Why do I get an error message when I try to cancel my Club membership?

There are two common causes of error messages.

1) You don’t have the correct Club number (an 11-digit number found on the sticker on your windshield).
2) Your Club membership recharge is already in progress.

In any of these cases, please visit your local Lakewood Car Wash or contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
